Introduction to the structure of automobile headlight
2020-03-06 14:44:14

The car has become a familiar means of transportation in our daily life. We also know a little about the headlights. The headlights, also known as lights, are the focus of all the lights in the car and the heart of the car. The headlight will become the "weapon" in the driver's hands, and use the headlight to prompt other vehicles' driving behaviors. The reasonable use of headlights should make the passing beam turn into the passing beam when meeting the vehicle, and turn back to the driving beam in time after meeting the vehicle. When passing the intersection and overtaking, it should be prompted by changing the passing beam and passing beam.

So how are headlights made up? Let's follow bian'er to learn about it.

If the headlamp assembly is dismembered, it can be roughly divided into several parts, such as hood, reflector, light distribution mirror, etc. (the following is the enclosed headlamp)

1. The structure of the automobile headlight - the light shield, which is equipped with a light shield (light shield) above the front of the filament in the vacuum wick. Its function is to block the direct upward light when the filament lights up. If the upward light of the headlamp is not blocked off, it will cause serious glare to the driver of the oncoming vehicle, and the scattered light will form a light curtain in front of the vehicle in rainy or foggy days, which will reduce the visibility of the driver of the vehicle

2. The structure of automobile headlight - the closed vacuum core reflector of reflector is mostly paraboloid formed by parabola rotation. In the production process of reflector, aluminum evaporation is applied to the inner surface by vacuum coating process. It has a very high brightness, which can make the brightness of reflected light more than 6000 times higher than that of filament itself.

3. Structure of automobile headlamp - the light distribution mirror plays a protective role in the whole headlamp assembly. The light beam formed by the light source of automobile headlamp passing through the reflector is difficult to meet the requirements of the laws and regulations for the headlamp. In addition, the light distribution mirror needs to change or widen or narrow the light beam to form the required lighting in front of the vehicle, This function is achieved by the headlamp lens (headlamp glass). The headlamp lens is composed of many small rough prisms. It can refract and scatter the light reflected by the reflector to meet the light distribution requirements of the headlamp. At the same time, it can spread some light to both sides to widen the illumination range of the headlamp in the horizontal direction and get the desired light distribution effect. Some automobile headlamps only rely on the special structure, complex shape and high processing accuracy of the reflector to meet the light distribution requirements, but the design, calculation, mold accuracy and processing technology of the reflector are still very difficult. The illumination effect of light also depends on the illumination angle to a certain extent, and the light adjusting device can play its maximum potential.

4. The structure of the headlight - where is the water in the headlight? Look at the structure of the headlight. In fact, there is a lot of water in the air, which is closely related to the water vapor formed in the headlight. Now your question comes. Isn't the whole lampshade sealed? How can moisture in the air come in? The whole lampshade is indeed sealed, but this does not mean that the interior of lampshade can be isolated from the world like vacuum packaging. After all, the repair link in the future should be taken into consideration. Moreover, when the lamp is lit, a lot of heat will be generated. Therefore, from the perspective of heat dissipation, a hand will be left on the lampshade. Some headlights will be equipped with a vent hole at the back. However, the vent hole will not be exposed naked. It may be treated with a rubber vent pipe. It is through this vent pipe that the heat generated after the headlight is lit can be discharged, so that the lamp is always in a relatively stable environment. It is this ventilation pipe that allows the moisture in the air to enter the interior of the headlamp and be absorbed on the surface of the lampshade. When it accumulates into a large scale, it will flow down the lampshade in the form of water drops

Summary: different function bulbs have different specifications, even if they have the same function, the types will be different; the number of lampholders is comparable, because different types of lampholders mean different series of bulb products for manufacturers.
