Using a dedicated switching power supply (preferably a constant current source) to power LED products will not affect the service life of the product, but the cost of the product is relatively high.
Anti-static measures should be taken
LED products in the process of processing and production to adopt certain anti-static measures, such as: The workbench should be grounded, and workers should wear anti-static clothing, with anti-static rings, and with anti-static gloves, etc. If possible, anti-static ion fan can be installed. At the same time, the humidity of the workshop should be ensured at about 65%, so as to avoid static electricity caused by too dry air, especially green LED is relatively easier to be damaged by static electricity. In addition, the anti-static ability of LED of different quality grade is not the same, and the anti-static ability of LED of high quality grade is stronger. It should be noted that the increase of temperature will make the LED internal resistance smaller.
When the environment temperature, the LED light source internal resistance decreased, if use voltage regulator power supply will cause the LED working current increases, when more than the rated current, will affect the service life of LED products, serious will make the LED light source "burn out", so it's best to choose power supply, constant current source to ensure the working current of the LED is not affected by ambient temperature.
Sealing of LED products

Now a small number of manufacturers with high requirements for product quality use the traditional epoxy resin "watering" method to seal LED products.
